Wow it is August. Time is just Flying. We just arrived home late last night from visiting Idaho and seeing family. We had such a good time. As soon as I can get a few things done I have a lot to post along with pictures and comments. We visited Monique, Keven and the girls (Tiffiny, Brittany & Nicole) [The Smart Family] and it was such a great experience.
We visited Shoshone Falls, Twin Falls Temple Open House, went shooting and had the blessing of having Keven ordain Justin to the office of Elder in the Melchizedek Priesthood and then watch Justin ordain Michael as a Deacon. What a great experience! Not to mention the drive, Tiffiny's swimming competition, boys and their fun with their toys, sidewalk art and just being able to spend time with our family.
Well, off to get settled back into being home. I will be posting losts more shortly. Is it August already? Where are the days going?

This is the happenings with the Leyva's. Justin and Shirley were married in San Diego in September 2003. Just 3 short months after our marriage, Shirley's mom Harriett died. The following month Michael was removed by the courts and sent to live with his father in Santa Ana, CA. We have endured lots of trials and Michael was finally returned to his proper home in September 2006 just before the Navy sent Justin to the Sand Box for a year, and he landed his dream job. He is now a Police Officer for the Department of the Navy/Federal Government. We moved quickly moved to Washington State and are enjoying it here. We are enjoying being up here and this is our adventure.
